Dr. Jessica Leigh Levin, CAE, CMP

Dr. Levin is the CEO of Seven Degrees, LLC, and fractional COO for Abacus Worldwide. Her two decades of experience working with professional services firms make her a sought-after expert in brand development, corporate culture, and professional development.

She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in organizational leadership and development. Her capstone was titled Strategies to Create Positive Culture to Attract and Retain CPAs.

NJBIZ named her one of New Jersey’s Best Fifty Women in Business and previously one of New Jersey’s Top Forty Under 40. She was inducted into New Jersey’s Advertising Hall of Fame and named a Finalist for Woman of the Year from the Women's Center for Entrepreneurship.

Rachel Anevski, MAOB, PHR, SHRM-CP

At Matters of Management, she provides growth strategy with a people-centric approach, working with leaders to identify and nurture talent from entry-level to executive roles in professional services, including accounting, law, and engineering. The firm offers comprehensive support in growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions, change leadership, partner acquisition, and sales and marketing strategic development. Her HR consulting services address employee relations, career pathing, onboarding, total rewards, and other initiatives like job descriptions and employee manuals. Additionally, she provides executive coaching to business owners and their leadership teams, aiding in succession management, leadership development, overcoming obstacles, and accelerating progress toward defined goals with accountability.
